In Maple Class we love seeing the children mature and develop across the curriculum and add to the skills and knowledge they already have. We do have assessments towards the end of the year, but these are done in a way that is familiar to the children and that gives them the opportunity to show how much they know!

Each half-term we publish the Learning Overviews for Maple Class. These summarise our learning for the term and include information about English, maths, science, geography or history, computing, PE, RE, PSHE, art or DT, and music. Please note, that due to the nature of our planning cycles, some subjects are not taught every half term, Please see below for Year 2 learning overviews.
