You can find a list of support available in your area via the Youth Wellbeing Directory, or a list of helplines in the Anna Freud resource library.

You could also contact:

Childline - under 19s can call 0800 1111 for free support

Education Support - school staff can call 08000 562 561 or text 07909 341229 for 24/7 help and advice

YoungMinds Parents Helpline - Call 0808 802 5544 for free Mon-Fri from 9.30am to 4pm

We have brought together some activities to support everyone during this lockdown, especially for Mental Health week.

Please look at them and see if there are any activities you can do, possibly as a family to help people feel happier.

Physical activity also helps with mental health and you will see some videos on DB Primary  from Mr. Wordsworth.

Remember - it is OK not to be OK and we all have 'down' days.

Hope you enjoy the activities
